Messaging services are one of the core businesses of every telecom service provider.

As traditional telecoms messaging services will remain a dominant factor in mobile network development, we believe that they will be integrated further into new services that will emerge by the continued convergence opportunities of services.

Our huge installed base of messaging services, including SMS, MMS, Voicemail, Unified Messaging - has evolved to offer new next generation services such as Video Mail, 3D Mailbox, etc.

CallUp developed its first MessageCase Messaging Platform in 1999 and now services more than 20 million subscribers in more than 40 installations worldwide. 

Our Messaging services offering include:

  • Voice Mail - the basic building block for reclaiming lost revenue by ensuring call completion.
  • Unified Messaging - offering a single message box for voice, E-mail and fax messages. Unified Messaging subscribers can access the service anytime, anywhere from PC, phone or Web.
  • SMSC - a feature rich, high performance SMSC platform that offers constant premium quality service at very cost-effective prices. It offers extremely high capacity of  transactions per second.
  • MMSC - includes all aspects of multimedia message store, content adaptation, message delivery and integration with operation and management services.
  • Voice SMS - an intuitive messaging service that enables subscribers to record and send a voice message as an SMS. Voice SMS can be sent to any mobile handset making it the ideal solution for callers reluctant to use Voice Mail
  • WAP Gateway - a carrier-grade server enabling subscriber access to mobile and Web services using their mobile terminals.
