CallUp´s major edge over its competitors is its flexibility to meet customer needs, quick integration capabilities and fast implementation time: 6 To Fix.
The CallUp "6 weeks 2 Fix" - Tuning System (6 weeks from the time of getting your Purchase Order to the time of Delivery):
One of CallUp´s major advantages in the market is the company´s flexibility and ability to integrate with every platform and technology, according to the requirements and the specific needs of each customer.
Compared with our competitors´ endless delays prior to go to market, CallUp´s response time for the deployment of services in our customer´s networks usually takes no longer than 6 weeks - right from the initial "listening stage" about the need for our assistance. This approvend ability to integrate the right solutions with market needs, in a minimum period of time and within an efficient budget, gives CallUp a clear professional advantage!
Increase Revenues while Reducing Cost - The need to accommodate increasingly sophisticated users has driven Operators world wide to invest in a variety of new Value Added Services and in the network infrastructure to facilitate them. One of the most important of these services is messaging. Messaging will continue to account for a good deal of the value-added revenues in the years to come - naturally evolving from voice to data and video. CallUp VAS Platform enables Operators to effectively take advantage of these trends, while offering considerable cost reduction compared to similar solutions on the market.
Compact Architecture, Single Storage - CallUp VAS Platform architecture is simple and does not occupy substantial floor space as do other more cumbersome solutions. A single standard 19" rack contains all system components, provisioned to service 30 million subscribers. This eliminats the need for complicated integration between storage devices servicing different message types. This provides for simplified, easy-to-plan, cost-effective scalability, and renders CallUp VAS Platform as an ideal side-by-side solution to the Operator´s existing solutions.
Distributed Deployment Architecture - The size and cost of the CallUp VAS Platform solution enables Operators to deploy a cost-effective distributed architecture. With other solutions, large scale systems need to be set up at each site in order to enjoy scale economies. With CallUp VAS Platform , small sites can be set up, thus vastly reducing long distance traffic between switches. For Operators who do not own a full country-wide backbone, this results in significant savings.
Voicemail Centric, SS7 compatible - Some UMS vendors have adopted an E-mail centric approach to storage. While this makes life easier for ISP´s and ASP´s, it does not suit the needs and requirements of Telecom operators. And while users have come to expect latency in receiving emails (which is often done in the background while surfing the net or doing something else) - they expect telephony services to be prompt; Email centric solutions add latency to the basic voicemail function. CallUp VAS Platform control channels run via SS7, thus incorporating the system into the Network Operation Center OSS environment, rather than being a "black box".
Standardization and Ease of use - As CallUp continues to expand the VAS Platform capabilities, we take a modular, open approach. All system HW and SW components are industry standard 3rd party components, ensuring low costs, availability of parts and spares, and backward compatibility and reliability from vendors such as HP, Dialogic (Intel) and Microsoft. Learning to administer the system is also simple, ensuring low cost training cycles. |
