CallUp Net is proud of its customer service revolution
Our customers can use our newly-deployed ticketing system, that allows, both CallUp Net customer support staff, as well as our customers, to track the rolling status of each open issues.
Our ticketing system is based on the world renowned industry standard, Bugzilla platform, customized specifically for our customers’ needs.
Each customer can assign one, or several, contact people, who can open tickets, update their statuses and track them throughout the lifecycle, from opening through debug and fix to closing.
Each ticket is treated according to the pre-defined, SLA based, parameters (e.g. Severity, Time-to-Fix, Time-to-Respond, etc).
CallUp Net values its customers’ privacy. The ticketing system allows for multiple layers of security, and privacy, based on Bugzilla’s built-in user identification mechanism. Each customer can, by default, view its own tickets, or the ones specifically marked as public tickets.
Users cannot self-register, but must be assigned by a certified contact person via E-mail. Upon request, a user will is created in the system, by CallUp Net customer support staff, with the required permissions. A new user receives an E-mail notification with credentials and login information.
Our customers are urged to help us improve the usability of our ticketing system. Any comments, or suggestions, will be most welcome.
